To protect our other staff please do not visit our surgery if you are have any COVID-19 symptoms as new continuous cough, high temperature, loss of smell and taste. If you need to contact surgery, please use e-Consult for advice from your doctor, self help information or have an administrative request, email to the surgery or call the surgery.

COVID-19 vaccination have begun and patients will be invited according to the priority lists. Please do not call the surgery for COVID-19 vaccination as you will be invited from the surgery. Please note COVID-19 vaccines needs to be taken in two doses.

Please use E-consult for advice from your doctor, self-help information or have an administrative request.

Please contact surgery if you would like to sign up for online services that enables you to book appointments online, request medications online. You can also use NHS app to enjoy the service.

Repeat Prescriptions

medication448 working hours notice is required for repeat prescriptions.

You can send your request by post either in writing or by using the computerised slip, that is attached to your previous prescription, and by ticking the medication you require.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.

If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, the prescription will be returned to you. If you have a mobility problem you may wish to use the 'chemist service'. This is when the prescription is passed to one of the named chemists who then delivers the medication directly to you .

Repeat prescriptions are reviewed regularly and if you have not seen your doctor within the previous six months you will be asked to do so.

If you would like to go on repeat dispensing please ask reception for details.

If you do not see the pharmacy you would like to collect from please inform us in the comments box and we can upload the pharmacy of your choice.
