Alternatively, you can speak with the team directly during the following hours. Please call the surgery and press in the desired option.
Prescription team: Between 11am to 12pm and between 2pm to 3pm.
Secretarial team: Between 10am to 11am and between 2pm to 3pm.
Test Results Line: Between 3pm to 5pm.
If you wish to speak with the relevant line managers regarding the service you have received, please ask for Kate- Reception Manager, Elaine- Secretary Manager or Louise- Prescription Manager or send email to thenew.medicalcentre@nhs.net to their attention. Whilst they are very much capable to resolve an issue, should you are not happy with the way how your complaints has been handled, please escalate this to Mr Sanjoy Ghosh- Practice Manager.
