We are currently accepting new patients. Please bring along your ID and ask for a GMS1 form.  We will be happy to register you.

To protect our other patients and staff please do not visit our surgery if you are suffering from flu like symptoms, diarrhoea or vomiting in the last four days.  The doctors will be happy to do a telephone consultation.  Ask reception for details.

As from the 1st June, 2016 will will no longer operate an open access surgery.  We have listened to your concerns and changed the way you access the doctors in the surgery.  PLEASE DO NOT QUEUE OUTSIDE THE DOOR FOR AN APPOINTMENT.  Please telephone the surgery or book on line for an on the day appointment.  Thank you.

Help the NHS reduce spending by only ordering what you need on your prescription.  Please let the staff know if you no longer require a medication.  This will enable the NHS to reallocate funding. Thank you for your help.

Non-NHS/Private Services

non_nhs_services1The doctors carry out various medicals that are outside the remit of the NHS. These include pre-employ ment medicals, insurance medicals, elderly drivers medicals, PSV medicals and sports medicals - particularly sub-aqua medicals.

Please make an appointment through the reception but please explain clearly the nature of the medical so that adequate time can be given to you. Please note that all non-NHS work attracts a charge.

Private Physiotherapy

Private physiotherapy is carried out by our private physiotherapist, Mr. Thomas, in the physiotherapy room on the first floor providing a service between Monday and Saturday appointment. Recognised by all major insurance companies. Mr Thomas specialised in all musculoskeletal conditions. Appointments can be made by telephoning the surgery number 01708 478800 or 07956671390. Home visits also available by request. Referral for NHS treatment must be initiated by your doctor.
