Repeat Prescriptions

medication448 working hours notice is required for repeat prescriptions.

You can send your request by post either in writing or by using the computerised slip, that is attached to your previous prescription, and by ticking the medication you require.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription directly through above site or via Patient Access/NHS App. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.

Alternatively, you can speak with the team directly between 11am to 12pm and between 2pm to 3pm.. Please call the surgery and press in the desired option to connect.

If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, the prescription will be returned to you. If you have a mobility problem you may wish to use the 'chemist service'. This is when the prescription is passed to one of the named chemists who then delivers the medication directly to you .

Repeat prescriptions are reviewed regularly and if you have not seen your doctor within the previous six months you will be asked to do so.
