Repeat Prescriptions

medication448 working hours notice is required for repeat prescriptions.

You can send your request by post either in writing or by using the computerised slip, that is attached to your previous prescription, and by ticking the medication you require.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.

If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, the prescription will be returned to you. If you have a mobility problem you may wish to use the 'chemist service'. This is when the prescription is passed to one of the named chemists who then delivers the medication directly to you .

Repeat prescriptions are reviewed regularly and if you have not seen your doctor within the previous six months you will be asked to do so.

If you would like to go on repeat dispensing please ask reception for details.

If you do not see the pharmacy you would like to collect from please inform us in the comments box and we can upload the pharmacy of your choice.
